Shantui electric tow tractor SFQ40D/50D/60D,the high-power motor is equipped with a self-developed special gearbox drive axle for tractors. It has compact structure, smooth transmission, low noise, sprocket steering, all-wheel braking, accurate steering, easy operation and high safety. It can be used for luggage traction and transportation operations in regional logistics industry. It can carry out medium and short-distance towing operations on general roads and narrow passages. It is an ideal equipment for towing goods in national defense, railway, postal, manufacturing, medicine, tobacco, logistics and other systems.

● Power system

Using domestic DC series excitation low-speed high-torque motor: 5KW48V, strong power, reliable performance and strong overload capacity.

● Cab and console

Equipped with inching function, the operator can adjust the tractor front and rear inching (adjusting the disengagement and hanging operation of the tractor and the trailer) behind the vehicle (not in the seat). It can be operated by one person and has high work efficiency. The steering wheel can change the angle according to the driver's body position to achieve the best driving posture. Equipped with an emergency stop switch, the driver can press the switch at the first time in an emergency to avoid accidents. Optional warning light, which can be turned on during work to ensure work safety

●Transmission system

The special gearbox and drive axle for the 1746ST tractor developed in conjunction with well-known manufacturers have compact structure, stable transmission and low noise, ensuring strong power output of the tractor and reducing energy consumption.

●Electrical System

It adopts imported British ALBRIGHT (Albright) main contactor, which has high reliability and dual control characteristics, namely main circuit control and auxiliary contact control circuit control characteristics, which protect the electric control to the greatest extent. Equipped with a direct current voltage converter (DC-DC) to balance the use of batteries and extend battery life.

Use clean battery energy as power, energy saving, low carbon and environmental protection.

● Maintenance convenience

The electrical system has a fault self-diagnosis function, which is convenient for maintenance; the use of a tilting hood facilitates the hoisting of the battery and improves the maintenance performance.
